TRENDnet has just unveiled its latest Wi-Fi access point equipped with three spatial streams per antenna to deliver a max theoretical throughput of 450 Mbps and exceptional wireless coverage, according to TRENDnet.
Their new TEW-690AP access point is equipped with a gigabit Ethernet port and features 4 SSIDs per wireless band, unique encryption for each SSID, WMM Quality of Service (QoS) data prioritisation and WPA2-RADIUS encryption.
It also includes a Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) feature that integrates other WPS supported wireless adapters at the touch of a button. Simply press the WPS button on the TEW-690AP, and then press the WPS button on a compatible wireless adapter-the devices automatically exchange information and connect.
