Toshiba has added another notebook to its range with the launch of the Dynabook Qosmio T750, which comes with a 2.66GHz Intel Core i5 processor, plus 4GB of RAM and a 750GB hard drive.
The Toshiba Dynabook Qosmio T750 Notebook also features a 15.6 inch display with a 1366 x 768 pixel resolution, but its most interesting feature is the notebook lid which changes color when you look at it from a different angle.
Toshiba Dynabook Qosmio T750 Notebook has been painted by a process that Toshiba calls ‘Picasus’, when you look at the lid from one angle it will appear to be blue, and when you look at it from another angle it will appear to look metallic green or blue.
Innovative Design and Features
The color-changing lid is not just a gimmick; it represents Toshiba’s commitment to innovative design and technology. The ‘Picasus’ technology used in the lid is a result of advanced material science, which allows the surface to reflect light differently depending on the viewing angle. This feature not only makes the notebook visually appealing but also adds a touch of personalization and uniqueness to the device.
In addition to its eye-catching design, the Toshiba Dynabook Qosmio T750 is equipped with a range of connectivity options. It features 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, ensuring fast and reliable wireless internet access. The inclusion of Ethernet allows for stable wired connections, which can be particularly useful in environments where WiFi is unreliable. The HDMI port enables users to connect the notebook to external displays, such as monitors or TVs, making it ideal for presentations, movie nights, or extended desktop setups. Furthermore, the notebook comes with multiple USB ports, providing ample connectivity for peripherals like mice, keyboards, and external storage devices.
Performance and Usability
Under the hood, the Dynabook Qosmio T750 is powered by a 2.66GHz Intel Core i5 processor, which offers a good balance between performance and power efficiency. This makes it suitable for a variety of tasks, from everyday computing needs like web browsing and document editing to more demanding applications such as photo editing and light gaming. The 4GB of RAM ensures smooth multitasking, allowing users to run multiple applications simultaneously without significant slowdowns.
The 750GB hard drive provides ample storage space for a wide range of files, including documents, photos, videos, and software applications. This makes the Dynabook Qosmio T750 a versatile choice for both personal and professional use. Whether you need to store large media libraries or important work files, this notebook has you covered.
The 15.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels offers a decent viewing experience. While it may not be Full HD, it is sufficient for most everyday tasks and media consumption. The screen size strikes a good balance between portability and usability, making it comfortable to use for extended periods without being too bulky to carry around.
It will go on sale in Japan, there are no details on pricing and no details on when it will be available in the US and Europe.
