Toshiba has announced that it will add new memory cards to its family of Exceria memory cards. The new product is a microSDHC card available in various capacities. The new storage card promises industry-leading performance for the format.
The new microSDHC memory cards will be fully compliant with the UHS-I memory card standard. These cards will have a maximum read speed of 95 MB/s and maximum write speed of 30 MB/s. The new memory cards will be available in Q4 2012.
Toshiba will offer the cards in capacities of 8 GB to 32 GB. The cards will also be available in an HD series that are water resistant. Pricing is unannounced at this time.
