If your building a new gaming rig Thermaltakes new ARMOUR A90 Mid-Tower Chassis may be worth a look if your case budget is under $100. The ARMOUR A90 is all black with a “bulletproof” armor design with metal mesh elements and an reinforced front door.
Its also fitted with a special locking mechanism for your mouse and keyboard to make 100% sure there’s no connection issues at critical gaming moments. Not that I’ve ever experienced disconnecting controllers even without a locking mechanism.
Fitted with 6 x 3.5″, 3 x 5.25″, 1 x accessible 5.25″ and 1 x 2.5″ HDD/SSD bays there is plenty of space for expansion and drives and special attention had been paid to optimise air ventilation and airflow. It also has 4 x USB 2.0 ports and extra eSATA ports on the top of the case.
