After launching their Kickstarter campaign earlier this month UNICK the team behind the affordable portable, battery powered monitor the TAIHE Gemini. The project has now raised over $647,000 thanks to over 2,200 backers with still 25 days remaining on their campaign. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the portable monitor which can be connected to a wide variety of different devices from your smartphone, tablet or laptop to provide extra screen space or even a portable, battery monitor for your Raspberry Pi.

Gemini allows you to transform any space into your own Personal Gaming Environment. No matter where you are, all you have to do is plug it in and play supporting Xbox, Playstation 5, Nintendo Switch and more. “As working professionals, we enjoy the convenience of using multiple screens at our desks in the office or at home. However, there are few options to do this when we work in coffee shops, hotel rooms, or any other occasions while we are on-the-go. That’s why we made Gemini, the most affordable 15.6’’ monitor with kickstand and on-board battery.”

“Gemini’s high definition IPS screen is visually superior and easy to view from any angle, making it perfect for use in any location or position. Our full-metal design kickstand gives Gemini rock solid stability and allows you to use it in both portrait mode and landscape mode. When not in use, the low-profile kickstand folds flat for easy transport and travel.“
