Tag Heuer have announced that they will launch their new Tag Heuer smartwatch in New York on the 9th of November.
The news was announced by the company’s CEO Jean-Claude Biver in a recent interview with CNBC, the device will come with Google’s Android Wear.
We previously heard that this new smartwatch would be called the Tag Heuer Carrera Wearable 01, which gets its name from the Tag Heuer Carrera 01 that was made official at Basel World 2015 earlier in the year.
He also revealed that the device will be sold at $1,800, it will come with an Intel processor and will come with Google’s Android Wear OS.
It will be interesting to see what Tag Heuer comes up with, the device is expected to merge the technology of a traditional Swiss watch with that of a smartwatch, we will have more details when it is announced in November.
