Apple announced their new iPad Air and iPad Mini yesterday, and now US mobile carrier T-Mobile has announced that they will offer new iPad owners 200MB of free data per month.
This applies to new cellular and WiFi iPads on T-Mobile, and you can see how T-Mobile’s free data compares to the other mobile carriers pricing plans.
If you look at AT&T they offer you 250MB for $14.99 a month, so the T-Mobile deal of 200MB or data for free compared to AT&T’s offering is a good deal.
T-Mobile will also offer paid data plans for Apple’s new iPads, which will include 2.5GB of data per month for $30 and 4.5GB of data for $40.
The other mobile carriers offer you between 5GB and 6GB of data dor $50 per month, this includes AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless.
