T-Mobile Cancelled Galaxy Gear Orders Placed Through Discount Code

Do you remember the sweet deal offered by T-Mobile on Samsung Galaxy Gear? Yes, earlier this month, T-Mobile was offering a 30 percent discount on Galaxy Gear through a coupon code that brings the price of the Galaxy Gear down to $209.99, which is a little sane then its normal price.

Unfortunately, the folks at T-Mobile have cancelled all the orders placed using the coupon code. The carrier emailed all the customers who ordered the smartwatch using the coupon code that the listed price was incorrect for Galaxy Gear.

T-Mobile started notifying all the customers who placed the order last night with a little explanation about the whole “fallfun30” coupon code orders. The carrier went on to say that customers who wish to buy the smartwatch can do so at the correct listed price, that is, $299.

Dear T-Mobile Customer,

Our apologies. You recently ordered an item that was listed at an incorrect price: the Samsung Galaxy Gear™. We are unable to fulfill this transaction. Rest assured, your credit card has not been charged.

You can reorder the Samsung Galaxy Gear at the correct price here

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.  Thank you for being a T-Mobile customer.  We truly appreciate your business.

Thank you,

T-Mobile Customer Care

Well, it seems that it’s a bad news for all those users who were excited about their Galaxy Gear smartwatch. This move by T-Mobile may result in a decrease in the number of orders, as the attractive part no longer exists.
