Soundboks has unveiled their new Bluetooth speaker which is now wirelessly expandable and is available to purchase priced at $999. Building on the designs of the original Soundboks and Soundboks 2 speaker speakers the latest uses the TeamUP function which uses SKAA to pair up to five Soundboks’ together wirelessly.
The latest Soundboks Bluetooth speaker is now available to preorder and provides up to 126 dB audio with no distortion say it’s creators. The performance ready microphone and instrument inputs allow you to use the speaker for a wide variety of different applications. Thanks to the Bluetooth connectivity streaming direct from your smartphone or tablet is easy. The amplifier consists of a Merus Audio eximo amp switching 3 × 72W RMS class D amplifiers and Advanced Bass DSP. Other features include an effective frequency range: 40Hz – 20kHz, 2 × 10” 96dB woofers and 1 × 1” 104dB compression driver tweeter
