Sony are rumored to be working on their new flagship Android smartphone the Sony Xperia Z3, and now according to a recent report, the device is said to be thin and come with a new design.
The Sony Xperia Z3 is said to measure just 7 thick at its thickest part, the handset is also said to come with a new design and it will also apparently feature an ultra slim bezel.
We previously heard some rumored specifications on the new Sony Xperia Z3, the device is expected to feature a full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, no details on the display size, although we suspect it will be similar to the 5.2 inch display on the Xperia Z2.
Of course this display could change by the handset launches, and Sony may decide to go for a QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The Sony Xperia Z3 is rumored to feature the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 mobile processor, which can be clocked up to 2.7GHz, the device is also rumored to feature 3GB of RAM.
It is not clear as yet on whether the cameras in the Xperia Z3 will get an upgrade, we could possibly see the same 20.7 megapixel Sony Exmor RS sensor in the new Z3, lets hope Sony updated the front facing camera on the device. We can also expect the handset to be waterproof like the current model.
From what we know so far, we will have to wait a few months to see the new Sony Xperia Z3, the handset is rumored to launch some time in September, as soon as we get some more information, we will let you guys know.
