Sony Xperia Z2 is available for pre-orders in Canada and is going hit Bell exclusively when it will launch. However, if you have some extra cash lying around and want to get the unlocked version, you’re in luck.
Sony Store is taking pre-orders for the device for C$699.99, however, customers interested in the device have to place their orders by visiting a Sony Store near their location.
The device comes with a hefty price tag, but if you take it from another perspective, you don’t have to sign up a two-year contract with any carrier. The device can be used on any carrier you wish, even if you travel to another country.
As for the specifications, Sony Xperia Z2 comes with a 5.2-inch display boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset clocked at 2.3GHz.
The handset also features 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded via a microSD card slot. On the rear, it comes with a 20.7MP camera which is also capable of recording 4K videos, as well as a 2.2MP front-facing camera. Other features include Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, a 3,200 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat as its operating system.
