We have seen a few mice with built in Skype phones before, this latest one has a hidden VoIP phone, which is revealed by sliding the top of the mouse back, the Skype Travel Mouse.
As well as a full Skype keypad it also features a 124 x 64 pixel LCD display which shows you who you are calling, plus a buil in microphone and speaker.
