More details have been released on the new Samsung NC20 Netbook, as well as a bunch of new photos and the user manual.
The Samsung NC20 will feature a VIA Nano 1.3GHz processor, 1GB of DDR2 memory, a 160GB HDD or SDD, not details on the size of the SDD as yet.
Graphics will come from a VIA Chrome 9 HC3 chip, and it features a 12.1 inch WXGA LCD display with a resolution of 1280×800.
Other specifications include a 1.3 megapixel webcam, a microphone, a 3 in one card reader for SD/ SDHC / MMC cards, VGA and an audio jack.
Connectivity comes in the form of Ethernet, WiFi b/g (optional), Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR (optional), as well as USB 2.0.
The Samsung NC20 will feature a 6 cell lithium ion battery, and it measures 292.4 x 216.7 x 25.6 mm and weighs in at 1.5kg.
You will also be able to add an optional DVD burner to the Samsung NC20, making it a highly usable netbook, with the majority of features of a notebook.
The Samsung NC20 is due out next month, there are varying prices quoted on the web, but it is likely to retail for between $500 to $600.
