The Samsung Kids Store for mobile devices has been updated, and Samsung has added a range of new child friendly applications to the store.
There are no 900 apps available in the Samsung Kids Store, the apps are available on the Galaxy S5 and the Galaxy Tab S when Kids modes is used.
Samsung Electronics announced its updated Kids Store feature which is available in Kids Mode on Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Tab S. The Kids Store not only enables users to shop for free or paid apps of select content for children while recommending meaningful content, but also helps parents to protect their children from unwanted content by setting up safeguards for certain contents.
“The average age at which children using ‘smart devices’ for the first time has become lower than before.” said WonPyo Hong, President of the Media Solution Center at Samsung Electronics. “Samsung is committed to providing interesting and educational content to children, while continuing its effort to help parents protect their children and allow them to enjoy safe, parent-approved content in their daily lives.”
