Samsung Galaxy S8 is rumored to launch in the coming months, and we’ve seen a number of leaks and rumors about the alleged handset.
According to a new report, the alleged Galaxy S8 is rumored to come with a 3,250 mAh battery on board to make sure there’s enough juice for the handset.
The report mentions that Samsung has provided its battery suppliers with an updated roadmap, which includes a 3,250 mAh and 3,750 mAh batteries. There’s no concrete evidence that Samsung will use these in the upcoming handsets, but it could be possible as its predecessor came with 3,000 and 3,600 mAh battery.
Previous rumor hints that there will be two display sizes: 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch featuring QHD Super AMOLED display. Both devices will have dual-edge display unlike the Galaxy S7 which came with a flat display on board. Other features includes a Snapdragon 835 processor as well as 4GB of RAM, 12MP rear camera for photos and videos, 8MP front-facing camera, and 64GB of internal storage. The 5.8-inch version is said to come with a 3,000 mAh battery while the 6.2-inch is expected to come with a 3,500 mAh battery.
We’ll find out soon enough how much truth lies in this rumor.
