The Android Oreo beta program for the Samsung Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus launched earlier this month. Last week Samsung released the third beta of the software for the two handsets and now they have released another update.
Samsung has now released another software update to the Android 8.0 Oreo beta program for the Galaxy S8 and the Galaxy S8 Plus. The latest update fixes an issues that was discovered in last weeks update and is a hotfix update.
This new update fixes some bugs that were present in the previous beta and it has been released as an over the air update for the two handsets. There were a number of reports from beta testers that many of their apps would not launch, this has apparently been fixed in this new update.
The update is now available to download for people who have singed up to Samsung’s Android 8.0 Oreo beta program. As yet there are no details on exactly when Samsung will release the final version of the software to everyone, as soon as we get some more details, we will let you guys know.
