We heard recently that the Samsung Galaxy S8 would not be launching at MWC next month and we may have to wait until the end of March for the device to launch.
Now both variants of the handset, the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus have been spotted in testing by Samsung and the two devices are listed with Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus are expected to get a number of upgrades over the current handsets, these may include the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 6GB of RAM.
The devices are also expected to get upgraded displays although it is not clear as yet on whether one of the handsets or possibly both will come with a 4K display.
The cameras on the new Galaxy S8 will also be updated and both with be compatible with Samsung’s new Bixby Vision feature for visual search. Bixby is Samsung’s voice activated assistant like Apple’s Siri and the Google Assistant, it will launch with the new Galaxy S8 handsets.
As soon as we get some more details about the new Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus, including some more photos of the handset also also a full list of specifications, we will let you guys know.
