Over the past few weeks, we’ve heard quite a lot about the alleged Samsung Galaxy S7. The alleged handset made an appearance on AnTuTu yesterday revealing what the handset may come with.
Now, another model of the alleged Samsung Galaxy S7 with model number SM-G930W8 was spotted on GeekBench, revealing some of the specifications of the handset.
As per GeekBench, this version of the Samsung Galaxy S7 will also come with Exynos 8890 processor instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820.
The new listing on GeekBench reveals that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will come with 5.1-inch display sporting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels, as well as 4GB of RAM and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow as its operating system. The alleged device also features a 12MP camera module for photos and videos, as well as a 5MP front-facing camera.
Rumors suggest that Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S7 next month, slightly earlier than the traditional launch cycle for the new handsets. The company is also expected to launch the Edge version of the handset along with it.
We’ll update you as soon as we hear anything more about the launch of the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge.
