Samsung Galaxy S6

With the recently release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 smartphone, we are starting to hear rumors about Samsung’s next flagship device, the Samsung Galaxy S6.

According to a recent report, the Samsung Galaxy S6 will come with a Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, although there are no details as yet on the exact display size of the new handset, the S5 features a 5.1 inch display, so we suspect that S6 will feature a similar size.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is rumored to come with a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, this is an eight core processor that it capable of 4K Ultra HD video and also 3D gaming, the handset will also come with an Adreno 430 GPU.

The Snapdragon 810 version is expected to be for the U.S. and Europe, the company will apparently launch another 64-bit powered Galaxy S6 handset, although this will come with a new Samsung Exynos 7420, which will also be an eight core 640-bit processor.

Samsung will also upgrade the cameras on their new Galaxy S6 smartphone, the front camera will apparently a 5 megapixel version and their rear camera will either be a 16 megapixel or a 20 megapixel camera with OIS.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is rumored to come with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM, for storage, it looks like Samsung will drop the 16GB model, and offer three storage options 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.

We are expecting to find out more details about the Samsung Galaxy S6 next year, and Samsung could possibly unveil the handset at Mobile World Congress 2015 in February.
