While people are going for the Samsung Galaxy S5, a Dutch retailer has listed a Samsung Galaxy S4 Value Edition for €398 on its website.
The handset doesn’t have anything different, but we’re still thinking about the possible reason for the launch of this value edition version of the Samsung Galaxy S4.

The handset comes with a model number GT-I9515 and boasts a similar set of specifications as the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505.
