The new Samsung Galaxy S10 5G launched in South Korea last week, the handset is also headed to the US in May.
Now it would appear that some owners of the handset are having issues with their 5G connection on the device. The handset comes with two different antennas, one for LTE and the other for 5G.
The Galaxy S10 5G is supposed to use both connections simultaneously but some people are reporting that once a 5G connection is lost it will not reconnect to 5G and will remain on 4G LTE.
There is a workaround for this at the moment, people will have to reboot their phone to establish a new 5G connection. Of course this is not really an ideal solution.
It is not clear as yet on exactly what Samsung plans to do to solve the issue, we suspect they will probably release a software update to fix it. As soon as we get some more details on when the fix is coming, we will let you guys know.
