Samsung is set to unveil the highly rumored Galaxy Note 8 at its Unpacked event later today along with the Gear Fit 2 Pro wearable device.
Recently, a posted of the alleged Galaxy Note 8 was leaked revealing September 14th to be the launch date for the handset in Italy.
The leak also revealed that DeX charger will be offer as a freebie for customers purchasing the handset in Europe, something which was already rumored a few days back. Unfortunately, there’s no word about the pricing of the handset but rumors suggest its going to cost over €1000 when it launches globally.
Previous reports hints that the handset will come with a 6.3-inch display featuring a a Quad HD+ resolution of 2960 x 1440 pixels. The handset is also expected to come with a Snapdragon 835/Exynos 8995 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 64/128/256GB of internal storage. Rumors suggest the handset will also feature a dual camera setup, iris scanner, fingerprint scanner, and IP68 certification.
