Samsung has announced the launch of a new budget smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini and the device is launching in the Philippines.
The Samsung Galaxy J1 Mini comes with a 4 inch display that has a resolution of 800 x 400 pixels and the device comes with a quad core 1.2Ghz processor.
Other specifications on the handset include 768MB of RAM and 8GB of included storage, there is also a microSD card slot which takes up to 128GB cards.
