Yesterday we heard some more details on the new Galaxy A8 smartphone and now the handset has appeared in some benchmarks and we have some more information on the Samsung Galaxy A8 specifications.
A smartphone with the model number SM-A8000 has turned up in GFX Bench, this is the Samsung Galaxy A8 and the device will come with a 5.5 inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The processor for the new Samsung Galaxy A8 has also been revealed, the device will have an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.4GHz, it will also comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of included storage.
Other specifications on the new Galaxy A8 smartphone include an Adreno 405 GPU, the device will also come with a 5 megapixel front facing camera for selfies and a 16 megapixel rear camera, both cameras will be capable of Full HD video in 1080p.
Connectivity will come in the form of WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G LTE, the handset will also come with NFC and GPS. The design of the handset is expected to be similar to the Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 handsets.
As yet there are no details on when the new Samsung Galaxy A8 smartphone will launch, as soon as we get some more information, we will let you guys know.
