Samsung’s metal-clad Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A3 is available in several markets, and is expected to hit retail in more major markets soon.
According to a new report, Samsung Galaxy A5, and Galaxy A3 is expected to launch in India in the coming weeks.
There’s no word about the exact pricing or availability but a local retailer, Mahesh Telecom, mentioned the company will launch both handsets soon in the region.
Samsung Galaxy A3 features a 4.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 960 by 540 pixels, a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor paired with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of storage coupled with a microSD card slot for expansion. Other features includes an 8MP camera for photos and videos, 5MP front-facing camera, a 1,900 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4 KitKat as its operating system.
As for the Galaxy A5, it boasts a 5-inch 720p display, a quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, microSD card support of up to 128GB, and ships with Android 4.4.4 KitKat as its operating system. There’s a 13MP camera on the back, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a 2,300 mAh battery to make sure there’s enough juice for the handset.
There’s no word about the exact availability or pricing, but we’ll update you as soon as the handsets are available in India.
