Apple added Ad blocking to its Safari browser on the iPhone and iPad with the release of iOS 9 and now Samsung has brought the feature to its Android Browser.
Samsung’s Android Browser now offers support for content and Ad blocking, the feature was added in the latest version of Samsung’s mobile browser.
The feature can be enabled by installing am app on your Samsung device, the first Ad blocker to be released to support Samsung’s Android Browser is called Adblock Fast, the app is also available on Apple’s iOS platform and for Chrome and Opera.
Ad blockers are designed to block adverts that make website load slower, although these adverts are generally what keeps the sites going, without them, many sites could go out of business.
