Samsung has this week launched its new Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus Windows 8.1 notebook which is expected to arrive in stores during next month with prices starting at $1800.
The Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus is equipped with a 13.3 inch touchscreen display offering users a resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels. Power for the system is provided by an Intel Core i7-4500U Haswell processor supported by a 8GB of RAM and Intel HD 4400 graphics. Whilst storage is provided by a fast 256GB solid state disk.
The ATIV Book 9 Plus measures 12.6″ x 8.8″ x 0.5″ and weighs in at around 3.06 lbs and comes equipped with a lithium ion battery capable of powered the system for 7.5 hours on a single charge.
Other features Samsung has fitted to their ATIV Book 9 Plus include a mini VGA, 1 x micro HDMI ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports with one USB 3.0 port on each side, SD card reader, headset jack together with connectivity provided by Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. An Ethernet dongle is included if you need to connect to your network via a cable.
The new Samsung ATIV Book 9 Plus Windows 8.1 notebook is now available to preorder with shipping commencing in November and has a case made from brushed aluminium with dark blueish hue acents.
