Ruf are well known for producing modified versions of the Porsche 911 and now the company has unveiled their new Ruf CTR.
If you look at the photo above you would think that the Ruf CTR was built from a 911, it isn’t, the car features a completely bespoke chassis and as we can see from the photos, the car takes its design cues from older 911’s.
The Ruf CTR is powered by a 3.6 litre flat six with twin turbos and it will come with a massive 700 horsepower and 649 lb-ft of torque.
According to Ruf their new CTR will come with a 0 to 62 miles per hour time of 3.5 second and a top speed of 225 miles per hour.
“We began development on the new CTR five years ago with the goal of creating a thrilling, analog driving experience that combines an amazing power-to-weight ratio, manual transmission and modern racing technology,” said Estonia Ruf.
There will be just 30 units of the Ruf CTR made, as yet there are no details on how much they will cost.
