
Hardware manufacturer ViewSonic has unveiled a new addition to their range of gaming monitors announcing the imminent launch of the new ViewSonic XG240R gaming monitor. Offering users a refresh rate of 144HZ, a response time of just 1ms and AMD FreeSync technology to name a few.
ViewSonic has also collaborated with a number of “key partners” to enable RGB lighting support allowing you to customise the monitors back lighting system with your current RGB ecosystem. ViewSonic says that Razer Chroma software support is planned to begin on February 1st, 2019.

XG240R is also the only 24’’ gaming monitor equipped with ELITE RGB, a unique RGB accent design on the back of the monitor, which can be controlled by other peripheral brands via software. The ViewSonic XG240R gaming monitor is equipped with 2x USB Type A 3.0 ports, 1x USB Type B 3.0 port, 2x HDMI 1.4 ports, 1x DisplayPort, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack and will soon be available to purchase priced at around $273.
