Following on from the release earlier this month of the new Remix OS 2.0 operating system being made available for both PC and Mac systems, this week it has been announced that Remix OS 2.0 is now available for Jide’s Remix Ultra Tablet.
To re-cap Remix OS Is a custom version of Google’s Android mobile operating system which has been tweaked to now provide a number of user interface features which provide a more desktop -like feel to the operating system, such as the task bar and desktop support for viewing re-sizable application windows.
Jide the developers of the Android-based operating system have now published a Google Documents webpage which provides links and full instructions on installing the latest Remix OS software on your Remix Ultra Tablet.
Remix OS 2.0 is now available on the Remix Ultratablet. As a disclaimer, please flash at YOUR OWN RISK. Jide WILL NOT be responsible for any damages or data lost during the process.

– Make sure that your Remix Ultratablet has at least 50% battery level and stay connected to the power cord during the installation process.
– Make sure that your Remix Ultratablet has at least 1G of internal storage.
– The following pre-installed apps will be deleted during the installation process. Please re-install them at your desired app stores afterwards.
