Gamers looking forward to the launch of the new Dying Light open world first-person, action survival game that will be launching later this month on January 27th.
Might be interested to know that a pre-release Dying Light Twitch stream will be taking place tonight and is scheduled for Monday, January 26th at 2p ET/11am PT.
It was also revealed earlier this month that digital copies of the Dying Light game will be available for both PS4 and Xbox One worldwide on January 27th 2015 but unfortunately physical copies will not be available to purchase for sometime after launch.
Dying Light has been developed by Polish video game developer Techland and has been built using the Chrome Engine 6. Dying light is currently available to pre-order of the Xbox One and PS4 for £54.99, with a premium edition also available for £69.99. While the PC version is £40 via Steam.
“Dying Light contains a dynamic day and night cycle. During the day, the player has to go out and scavenge for supplies to send back to the safe zones. They can also set up traps, save random survivors, and make their way to airdrops.
The infected are slow, apathetic, and easily visible, allowing the player to simply make their way past them, but their danger grows in numbers. The game will also feature a dynamic weather system, which will include a variety of conditions such as fog, rain, and wind.”
Todays pre-release Dying Light Twitch stream will be live here.
