A new Porsche Design convertible notebook will be launching in April 2017 in the form of the BOOK ONE which will be priced at $2500 and is equipped with a 13.3 inch IPS display offering users a resolution of 3,200 x 1,800 pixels.
Powered by an Intel Core i7-7500U Kaby Lake processor the Porsche Design BOOK ONE is fitted with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of PCIe solid state storage, together with a battery that is capable of providing up to 14 hours of continual use.
The Porsche Design BOOK ONE notebook will be available throughout Europe priced at €2,795 and throughout the US priced at $2,495 and are similar in design to the new Microsoft surface range of notebooks. Allowing you to remove the keyboard completely to create a tablet device when required.
Other features of the BOOK ONE include connectivity provided by both 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.1 as well as a five megapixel web camera which offers support for Windows Hello secure logins, stereo speakers and 2 x USB 3.0 ports and 1 x USB 3.1 Type-C port.

The built-in USB 3.1 Type-C/Thunderbolt 3 port not only powers a variety of USB peripherals with just a single cable – it also guarantees fast, hassle-free data exchange and allows wired image transmission in accordance with the DisplayPort standard. The 2-in-1 can communicate wirelessly via dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth.
