Anyone who spends time away from their pets and would like to be able to interact with them remotely from wherever they may be in the world, may be interested in a new system created by Petcube.
Petcube has designed two devices in the form of the Petcube Bites and Petcube Play, which have been specifically designed to allow you to care and interact with your pets remotely 24-hours a day seven days a week.
As the name suggests the Petcube Bites system allows you to treat and reward your pet, while away from your home and the Petcube Play lets you interact with your pet in a playful way to provide exercise and excitement for your lonely pet.
Check out the video below to learn more about the systems which have now taken to Kickstarter to raise the $200,000 they require over the next 43 days to go into production. Petcube explains more about the inspiration behind the remote pet play systems.
With the introduction of Petcube Bites and Petcube Play, we want to put pet parents’ anxieties to rest and inspire new forms of human-pet interactions. We create products that enable people to virtually care for their pets and always feel connected.
Petcube Bites creates a fun, rewarding experience for you and your pet. With the tap of your finger on the Petcube app screen, fling treats remotely. Train your pet with positive reinforcement, correct bad behaviors, play fetch with treats, and praise and reward your pet — all from your smartphone.
Petcube Play promotes play and exercise with your pet, using the built-in interactive laser toy and advanced camera features. Remotely play with you pet by dragging or tapping your finger on the Petcube app screen to move the laser dot. See, talk to and have fun with your pet anytime, anywhere.
