Last month, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus X which was already available for sale in the UK, provided you have an invite.
If you’re waiting for the handset in the US and Canada, you’ll be glad to find out the handset is now up for grabs in the region, but with an invite.
If you have an invite, it’s all good for you, but in case you don’t have any, you can sign up for the reservation list on the company’s website. As for the price, the handset costs $249 unlocked which is a pretty competitive price for a handset for this calibre.
There’s a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with a microSD card for expansion. The handset also boasts a 13MP main camera for photos and videos, an 8MP front-facing camera, dual-SIM support, 4G LTE, a 2525 mAh battery and ships with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box.
The handset do have a decent set of specifications to offer, and at this price tag, it’s a good buy if you ask me. Let me know if you have an invite and are interested in getting your handset on the OnePlus X.
