Yesterday we saw an uboxing of the new OnePlus One by CyanogenMod founder Steve Kondik, although we didn’t actually get to see the handset.
The team at OnePlus have always said that they intend to build a better smartphone, and from what we have heard so far about the handsets specifications, they look like they are on track to reach their goal.
Now the company has explained that they are looking to do more than just build a better smartphone, but they are also looking to focus on customer service and the shopping experience when buying the device.
Let’s talk about how shopping at OnePlus will be like. Our goal is to make the OnePlus online shopping experience as friendly for the user as possible. To accomplish this, we chose to focus on three areas: localization, logistics and customer service.
Will the shopping experience be perfect from the beginning? I don’t think so. As a young startup, we’re bound to make a lot of mistakes on the way. However, with your help, patience and guidance, I’m confident that we can make the OnePlus shopping experience great together. We look forward to start shipping.
We are really looking forward to seeing what the OnePlus One looks like, and hearing the final specifications for the device, it will be officially unveiled later this month.
