We recently saw a photo of a new smartphone which was reported to be the new OnePlus 6. The picture showed that the handset had a notch like the iPhone X.
When the photo was leaked it was questioned on whether it was the real deal or not. Now it would appear that this may have been the new OnePlus 6, as according to recent reports, the handset will come with a notch at the top of the display.
The handset recently appears on some benchmarks and this has revealed some more details about the new OnePlus 6 smartphone. It looks like the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s new flagship mobile processor, the Snapdragon 845. We can expect the new OnePlus smartphone to come with at least 8GB of RAM, just like the current OnePlus 5T.
The device will come with a display that will have a 19:9 aspect ratio, this is apparently an 18:9 aspect ratio with some extra space at the top of the display to accommodate the notch.
OnePlus launched their OnePlus 5 in June of last year, so we could see the new smartphone some time in June or possibly slightly earlier than June, maybe May. As soon as we get some more details on when the new OnePlus flagship will launch, we will let you guys know.
