OnePlus 2 was officially unveiled last month, and is set to go on sale for people who managed to get an invite soon.
If you’re based in North America, there’s some bad news for you. One of the staff members revealed on company’s forums that due to production schedules, the shipments for users in North America will commence two to three weeks after Europe.
In simple words, users residing in America and Canada will have to wait a little longer if they want to get their hands on the OnePlus 2. Customers with an invite will still be able to purchase the handset starting today, but they should be ready to wait a few more weeks for the handset.
The company said,
“The production of the OnePlus 2 is in full swing and we’re excited to get the OnePlus 2 in your hands. However we do want to tell our users in North America that due to production schedules, shipping to the States and Canada will commence 2-3 weeks after shipments to Europe.”
If you don’t have an invite, you may have to wait quite a while as the reservations list has surpassed three million. Other ways of scoring an invite is through contests or if someone in your circles already purchased the OnePlus 2.
