Olio Model One is a new smartwatch which has been created by Steve Jacobs, a former designer and product lead at Apple, Beats By Dre, Google, HP and the company also has designers from companies like Movado, Pixar and NASA.
T Olio Model has been constructed from 316L steel and it comes with a light brushed texture and features polished highlights.
“Olio’s Model One is the antithesis of a mass market product, produced to be everything to everyone. Olio was founded to create thoughtfully crafted products for the discerning individual who wants the latest technology, but on their own terms,” said Steve Jacobs, founder and CEO of Olio Devices. “What’s more, we understand that the wrist is a very personal, intimate space, and anything you do there needs to have a purpose.”
The company will launch two models of their Model One smartwatch, one in steel which will retail for $595 and one in black steel, this model will retail for $745 and there will be just 500 units of each version available.
