The development team over at NVBOTS are in the process of creating a new 3D printer called the NVPRO that is equipped with a number of very unique functions and has been designed to be very easy to use.
The NVBOTS team consists of AJ Perez, Forrest Pieper, Christopher Haid, and Mateo Peña Doll who have already raised $2 million in funding, and currently has 74 beta testers working with the company to finalise and tweak their new 3D printer design.
Unique features of the NVPRO 3D printer include an automatic removal system that allows you to print a number of 3D printed objects one after another, with each one being removed from the printing bed once finished making room for the next. AJ Perez explains a more about this new 3D printer :
“We have developed the only 3D printer that can run 24-7 without human interaction and that can be simply controlled from any device. Every other product on the market requires a skilled human operator to baby sit the machine and requires the use of a dedicated computer,”
“NVBOTS is focused on helping students bring their ideas to life. Most 3D printing processes are far too cumbersome for students and teachers, prohibiting widespread adoption of a technology that offers a hands-on, interdisciplinary approach to education,”
