Nokia has taken the wraps if its latest Windows Phone devices at the Microsoft BUILD developer conference, one of those devices in the new Nokia Lumia 930.
The Nokia Lumia 930 comes with a 5 inch full high definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, the display is a Nokia ClearBlack OLED display. It will come with the latest version of Microsoft’s mobile OS, Windows Phone 8.1
Leading the way once again in smartphone photographic technology, the Nokia Lumia 930 sports a 20-megapixel PureView camera, optical image stabilization (OIS) and ZEISS optics to achieve pin-sharp shots and the flexibility to zoom into any shot after you’ve taken it. A HD 1.2 MP wide-angle camera adorns the front.
The Nokia Lumia 930 also possesses unrivaled HD video skills with four high-performance microphones. This crafty quad allows directional recording, which enhances the clarity of your subjects by rejecting the sounds outside the direction of capture. Thanks to the surround sound capture, you can also hear the world around you like never before.
Under the hood of the Nokia Lumia 930 we have a quad core 2.2 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor from Qualcomm, the device also comes with 2GB of RAM.
For storage, the Lumia 930 comes with 32GB of built in storage, unfortunately, the handset does not come with a microSD card slot, but you do get 7GB of free cloud storage.
The Nokia Lumia 930 features a 1.2 megapixel front facing camera and a 20 megapixel Nokia PureView camera on the back.
The 20 megapixel Nokia PureView camera comes with a backside illuminated image sensor, optical image stabilization and 2x zoom, and it comes with a range of Nokia’s camera software features.
Nokia will launch the new Nokia Lumia 930 in Europe, Asia, India, the Middle East and Latin America in June, the have said it will also be rolled out around the world this summer, excluding the US.
