Not too long ago, we heard that the Nokia 9 will launch as Nokia 8 and will see the light of the day by the end of this month.
Recently, a press render of the alleged Nokia 8 was leaked, courtesy of the prolific Evan Blass aka @evleaks.
This is not the first time we’re hearing about the upcoming Nokia 8, the handset was spotted on a Scandinavian retailer website hinting at the launch of the device on July 31st. A rumor has it that it will ship with Android 7.1.1 Nougat as its operating system and will come with high-end specifications on board.
The handset is expected to come with a 5.3-inch QHD display sporting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels resolution, a Snapdragon 835 processor paired with 4/6GB of RAM and a dual camera setup on the back with 13MP units — as seen in the press render above with Zeiss branding.
As for the color options, the handset is expected to launch in four color variations, including blue, steel, gold/blue, or gold/copper. We’ll update you as soon as we get to hear anything from official channels about the launch of the device.
