Earlier this week, Google announced the HTC Nexus 9 tablet which comes with Android 5.0 Lollipop as its operating system pre-installed.
The new Nexus 9 is up for pre-orders in the UK via Amazon. The retailer has listed the black and white color options of the tablet, starting at £319, with November 3rd as the official availability date.
The HTC-made tablet comes with a 8.9-inch display boasting a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels, with a 64-bit Nvidia Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.5GHz. There’s 3GB of RAM, and 16/32GB of internal storage on board, a 6,700 mAh battery, an 8MP rear camera, a 1.6MP front camera, and a pair of front-facing speakers.
The device also comes with its own accessories, including a keyboard folio case which attaches itself magnetically to the tablet to offer improved typing. Nexus 9 is the first Android device to come with a 64-bit hardware and software.
