Pinterest the popular pinboard-style photo-sharing website has this week unveiled a sneak preview of a new tool its been creating for users in the form of the Pinterest interest based homepage. Which has been created to enable Pinterest users to search for entries, as the name suggests, based on their interests via a selection of topics.
Pinterest has enabled a sneak preview of the new interest homepage for users to try before it rolls out to both desktop browsers and mobile Pinterest applications over the next few weeks. To give it a try open Pinterest in your desktop browser and select “Preview! Explore Interests” from the main categories menu. Pinterest explains a little more about the new feature.
“We’re working hard to make Pinterest as relevant as possible for each person so it can be a place you can find and save all of the things you love, even if you didn’t even know you were looking for them,”
“For example, if you’re curious about traveling, more travel Pins is a good place to start. If you’re really into something specific like travel in New York City, we’ll show you some greatPins we think you may like.”- “This is just the beginning of bringing you more great experiences for your unique interests.”
