We recently heard that the launch of the new Nexus 7 tablet could be imminent, as a number of retailers dropped the price of the existing Nexus 7 tablet.
Google are expected to make the new Nexus 7 tablet official any day now, the device will come with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS which has yet to be announced, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, as we have already seen evidence of the Nexus 7 with Android 4.3.
The second generation Google Nexus 7 is rumored to come with a 7 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with a clock speed of 1.5GHz, it is also expected to feature 2GB of RAM.
The new Nexus 7 tablet will come with front and rear facing cameras, up front there will be a 2 megapixel camera for video calls, on the back a 5 megapixel camera for photos and video, the device will also feature a 4,000 mAh battery
The Nexus 7 is expected to be available in two models with either 16GB or 32GB of built in storage, and pricing on the tablet will apparently start at $229, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
