We know that Google is about to release a new Nexus 7 tablet, and now some more evidence has appeared that could mean that Google ate getting ready to release the new Nexus 7.
US retailer Staples have dropped the price of the Nexus 7 tablet, the 16GB Nexus 7 has been reduced by $20 to $179.99 and the 32GB model has been dropped by $50 to $199.99, which could mean that the company is clearing their inventory of the device before the new Nexus 7 launches.
We had previously heard that the updated Nexus 7 would launch some time this month. The device is rumored to come with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, and we have seen more evidence of Android 4.3 earlier today.
The new Nexus 7 tablet is rumored to feature a a full HD display with a resolution of 1980 x 1200 pixels, processing will apparently be provided by a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor.
Other rumored specifications on the Google Nexus 7 include a 5 megapixel rear camera for photos and video, plus a front facing 2 megapixel camera for video chat.
As soon as we get some more details on when the next generation Google Nexus 7 tablet is launching we will let you guys know.
