Microsoft completed their take over of Nokia’s mobile services division last week, the company now owns the Lumia brand, and it would appear that we may have some details on the first Microsoft Lumia smartphone.
According to a recent report by The Verge, Microsoft are working on a Lumia smartphone that is codenamed ‘Superman’, and the handset will focus on the front facing camera.
The front facing camera on the Lumia Superman will apparently be a 5 megapixel version, we guess that Microsoft are looking to make a better Windows Phone device for taking selfies.
The Microsoft Lumia Superman will apparently come with a 4.7 inch display, no details on the resolution as yet, although we presume it will be at least HD with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels or higher.
The Superman will come with Windows Phone 8.1, and is one of a number of Windows Phone 8.1 devices that Microsoft will release before the end of the year.
