Brabus have announced their latest creation, the Brabus Mercedes X Class, and the new Mercedes truck comes with a number of upgrades over the standard model.
The Brabus Mercedes X Class features 20-inch custom wheels and it comes with a newly designed interior plus a range of performance upgrades.
Exterior Enhancements
The designers of the world’s largest independent automotive tuner fitted the Mercedes X-Class with a bodywork conversion that boasts a sporty-elegant design. This includes tailor-made BRABUS Monoblock X 20-inch wheels mounted with tires of size 285/45 R 20 front and back. The exterior modifications are not just about aesthetics; they also contribute to the vehicle’s aerodynamics and overall performance. The aggressive front grille, side skirts, and rear bumper are all designed to give the truck a more commanding presence on the road.
Performance Upgrades
For an added helping of driving dynamics for the Mercedes X 250d, the powerplant engineers developed the BRABUS D4 PowerXtra performance upgrade. This enhancement bumps the output of the 2.3-liter turbodiesel by 15 kW / 21 hp (20 bhp) and the torque by 60 Nm (42 lb-ft). This means the truck not only looks more aggressive but also performs better, offering a more exhilarating driving experience. The increased power and torque translate to quicker acceleration and improved towing capabilities, making it a more versatile vehicle for both urban and off-road adventures.
Interior Refinements
The interior of the Brabus Mercedes X Class has also received significant attention. The cabin is adorned with high-quality materials, including leather and Alcantara, providing a luxurious feel that is a step above the standard model. Custom Brabus badging and unique trim pieces further distinguish the interior. The seats are ergonomically designed to offer maximum comfort during long drives, and the upgraded infotainment system ensures that drivers and passengers stay connected and entertained.
Additional Features
Beyond the obvious upgrades, the Brabus Mercedes X Class also includes a range of additional features designed to enhance the driving experience. These include advanced driver-assistance systems, improved suspension for better handling, and a custom exhaust system that not only improves performance but also gives the truck a more robust sound. The vehicle is also equipped with enhanced lighting systems, including LED headlights and taillights, which improve visibility and add to the truck’s modern look.
