Electric skateboard manufacturer Boosted have today unveiled four new additions to their range of electric skateboards in two different form factors, including the company’s smallest and cheapest electric skateboard, the Boosted Mini. The Mini range of electric skateboards will be available in two versions a standard range offering a 7 mile range and a top speed of 18 mph, and the extended range that offers a range of 14 miles and a top speed of 20 mph.
The Mini S electric skateboard will be priced at $749 and will start shipping in May 2018 and will be the company’s most affordable skateboard to date. The Mini X will be priced at $999 and will start shipping during June 2018. The the $1,399 Boosted Plus and the $1,599 Boosted Stealth longboard electric skateboards are expected to be made available towards the end of next month May 2018 and early June 2018.
Both long boards provide a range of approximately 14 miles and offer a slightly wider, shorter and straighter custom deck and all-new 85mm wheels. With the Stealth electric skateboard offering users the option to select between five ride speeds compared to the Plus’ four, and is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 mph compared to the 20 mph top speed of the Plus.
