The Nest Thermostat can now be controlled by Google Now, and you can now use your smartphone and Google Now to control your Nest device using voice commands.
The voice command feature for controlling the Nest Thermostat with Google Now is supported on both iOS and Android devices, and you can use voice commands to change the temperature.
With Google and Nest, it’s now even easier to change the temperature in your home. You can ask Google to set the temperature of your Nest Thermostat through your phone, tablet or computer. To get started, just open the Google app and tap the mic, or say “Ok Google”. Then say something like “set the temperature to 72 degrees”.
