Earlier this year, Motorola announced their latest device line with the Moto Z and Moto Z Play. The handsets are already available in several markets, but if you’re based in Canada, there’s some good news for you.
Moto Z and Moto Z Play are now available for sale on Canadian shores through all major carriers in the country.
Customers in Canada can purchase the Moto Z from Bell, Koodo, Rogers SaskTel, Telus and Wind Mobile starting at at $299 on a 2-year contract and $900 no-term with most carriers. On the other hand, the Moto Z Play is available from Koodo, Rogers and Telus.
Both smartphones ship with similar specifications on board featuring Android 6.0 Marshmallow and 32Gb of expandable storage. Moto Z has better overall specifications featuring a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 2560 by 1440 pixels resolution, Snapdragon 820 processor paired with 4Gb of RAM, 13MP camera for photos and videos, and a massive 2,600 mAh battery.
On the other hand, the Moto Z Play ships with a similar screen size but with 1080p resolution, a Snapdragon 625 processor paired with 3GB of RAM, 16MP camera for photos and videos and a massive 3,510 mAh battery.
